Most owners are still waiting for Krishna to speak.
The Bhagavad Gita was not delivered on a mountaintop. It was spoken in the middle of a battlefield, to a leader frozen by confusion, surrounded by chaos. I believe that is exactly where most business owners find themselves. And my work is to be the voice of clarity in that moment.
Growing up, I was the kind of person who wanted to do everything. Speak on stage, perform in plays, lead a room. I stayed in the background instead. Not because I didn’t care. Because the courage hadn’t caught up with the desire yet. That changed slowly, then all at once.
Over a decade of working across industries, beginning as a content writer and moving through boardrooms, diagnostic sessions, and advisory conversations, I noticed the same thing everywhere: businesses running entirely on conversations. No written roles. No systems. No structure. Brilliant founders holding everything in their heads and brilliant teams quietly frustrated that nothing was ever written down.
I started writing about it. And then I started fixing it.
Today, I work as Co-Founder of Ira Infinite, where I coach founders and executives through the Kurukshetra business framework inspired by ancient strategic wisdom. I run the Kurukshetra Workshops, helping business owners break free from dependency loops and build organisations that run without them. And as Partner at Parth Sarathi Partners, I bring clarity to the most complex human problems in growing companies: role accountability, HR frameworks, AI adoption, SOPs, and the culture infrastructure that makes good work sustainable.

I believe most “people problems” in companies are actually “clarity problems” in disguise.
I started as a content writer and discovered, somewhere along the way, that every business has a story and most of them haven’t been told to the people who need to hear it most.
I built my own business because I was always going to. I just needed to stop waiting for permission.
