AN OPEN JOURNAL

What I Am Learning

This is not a reading list. It is a thinking journal, updated as I go. The books, the questions, the ideas I haven’t resolved yet.

IDEAS ON MY MIND

[Idea placeholder: e.g., “Why most onboarding processes destroy trust before trust is built”]

[Idea placeholder: e.g., “The difference between being direct and being unkind”]

[Idea placeholder: e.g., “How AI changes the role of the human in creative work”]

QUESTIONS I AM EXPLORING

These are the questions without answers yet. That is the point.

→ Why do most founders resist structure even when they know they need it?

→ What does AI adoption actually look like for a 20-person company with no tech background?

WHAT I AM ACTIVELY PRACTISING

Structured Advisory Communication

Getting sharper at diagnosing a business’s structural gaps in a first conversation, and communicating findings in a way that creates momentum rather than defensiveness.

AI Integration Literacy

Understanding and testing AI tools that apply directly to HR, documentation, SOPs, and business operations. Not for the sake of technology, but for what it gives people back: time, clarity, and scale.

Writing With More Economy

Saying more with less. Every sentence earning its place. The discipline of cutting what doesn’t need to be there.

Sitting With Uncertainty

Practising the discipline of not rushing to conclusions in complex advisory situations and learning to trust the diagnostic process even when it feels uncomfortable.

“Clarity is not the absence of complexity. It is the courage to name it.”
